This is probably my worst Company by far. The management is extremely poor. I could go on and on with all my bad experiences here especially as a new hire. The hiring process until onboarding was too unprofessional. My manager obviously lacked experience from the way he run the Team and staff were rude. I didn’t even feel that they genuinely support the need to help. Soon as you get in that’s it they don't care anymore. There are too many BPOs out there so know your worth. For those who are planning to start here, don’t settle for less.

For an IT-enabled company, it isn't very reassuring that completion of the exit process/clearance is by hand and paper. In contrast, I received my final pay from Optum on the 27th day of my relieving date - they comply with DOLE's Labor Advisory No. 06-20. The process was seamless, as my Team Manager completed the clearance electronically on my behalf. As of this writing, it has passed 60 days from my relieving date, and I am still waiting to receive the final pay and certificate of employment (Even after following the clearance process down to the t).

Genpact Is a Great Company but the people who is assigned on the high position like O.M and Supervisor are not that great there's multiple power tripping,retaliations and not a good environment they would train you to multiple accounts and handle it without any increase. And a lowballing company.
